Homemade Food : Pho Cuon

Getting in my mid 30’s, I am starting to feel the effect of diet on my health. For this reason my wife introduced me to the dish called Pho Cuon (Phở Cuốn). We believe that cooking food without using a tons of oil can be a good move for easier digestion. This recipe is perfect for the people looking to mix yummy and healthy.

I takes around 30 minutes to prepare this dish and it is fairly simple to make. You just need to find the right ingredients and can always subtitute some of them.

Recipe for Pho Cuon for 2 persons :

  • 1kg Pho Cuon
  • 300g Pork Leg
  • 300g of Gio Lua
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Pineapple
  • 300g of Salad
  • Coriander
  • Garlic
  • 1 Red chili
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1/3 Onion
  • Nuoc mam
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sugar
